Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an embedded planning partner for one division to own its demand and capacity picture and deliver the read to the enterprise view. You will work closely with division programs and hiring managers to synthesize signals into a clear plan with recommendations.

This role is not a reporting function; you will provide option-led, data-driven guidance, manage the three-month roadmap, and partner with planning, analytics, and TA on equity, market signals and expansion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition or planning/analytics.
• Ability to build structure in ambiguous situations with incomplete data.
• Strong data skills in Excel or Google Sheets and headcount modeling.
• Experience operating recurring planning, reporting or demand intake processes.
• Ability to translate analysis into a concise decision-ready narrative for leadership.
• Strong slide crafting to present capacity picture with recommendations.
• Understanding of recruiting lifecycle and capacity math.
• Experience influencing stakeholders who do not report to you.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access

Responsibilities

• Run the Divisional Plan: manage headcount planning and capacity model for your division.
• Model capacity vs. demand and produce the division roadmap with demand, capacity, gaps and dates.
• Run Demand Intake: consolidate business requests into a single source of truth.
• Drive Prioritization: sequence demand against constrained capacity with data-backed rationale.
• Manage the division's monthly hiring check-in and SLA burndown.
• Partner with Planning & Analytics for division-level analytics and market signals.
• Surface signals early from division programs, contracts, and hiring managers.
• Arm the division TA leader with a capacity story linking hiring progress to business outcomes
