You will operate within a centralized framework, bringing divisional depth and judgment to cross-functional planning, ensuring the enterprise remains aligned on priorities and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, planning, or analytics.
• Ability to build structure in ambiguous situations with incomplete data.
• Strong data skills with headcount and capacity modeling experience.
• Experience operating recurring planning and demand intake processes.
• Able to translate analysis into a concise decision-ready narrative for leadership.
• Strong slide craft to present capacity pictures clearly for executives.
• Understanding of recruiting lifecycle, capacity math, and ramp concepts.
• Experience influencing stakeholders who do not report to you.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Run the Divisional Plan: lead headcount planning and capacity modeling per division.
• Model capacity against demand and produce a rolling three-month roadmap.
• Run Demand Intake and consolidate requests into a single truth.
• Drive prioritization with data-backed rationale for optimization.
• Manage monthly hiring check-ins and SLA burndown for the division.
• Partner with Planning & Analytics for division-level analytics and signals.
• Surface signals early and inform the divisional TA leader with capacity storytelling.
• Represent the division in enterprise reviews with actionable recommendations.
