Job summary

You'll partner with Planning & Analytics, build data-backed scenarios, and translate signals into a clear recommendation. This role blends analytics with business judgment to influence hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, planning, or analytics.
• Able to build structure in ambiguous situations with incomplete data.
• Strong data skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience running recurring planning, reporting or demand intake processes.
• Translate analysis into a short, decision-ready narrative for leadership.
• Turn capacity pictures into executive slides that carry the recommendation.
• Understand recruiting lifecycle and capacity math to catch infeasible plans.
• Experience influencing stakeholders who do not report to you.
• Operate with high autonomy and make prioritization calls with limited guidance.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Run the Divisional Plan: headcount planning and capacity model for your division.
• Model capacity against demand and produce a rolling three-month capacity roadmap.
• Run Demand Intake and prioritize hiring needs into a single source of truth.
• Drive prioritization with data-backed rationale for impact and milestones.
• Own division SLA burndown and monthly hiring check-in end to end.
• Partner with Planning & Analytics for division analytics and market insights.
• Surface signals early and surface capacity storytelling for leadership.
