Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand & Supply Planning to lead cross‑functional planning for multiple product lines in Costa Mesa, CA. You will shape the divisional S&OP, drive forecasting quality, and align with Purchasing and Manufacturing to optimize build signals and inventory.

You will mentor a team of planners, collaborate with Central Planning, and report to executive leadership with strategic insights and risk scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 8+ years in supply chain or production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in people management.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and Netsuite; CRM like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute divisional supply and demand strategy.
• Mentor planning organization across multiple business units.
• Own and mature the divisional S&OP framework.
• Deliver scenario modeling and financial trade-off analyses for leadership.
• Govern working capital and inventory policies across product portfolios.
