Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with a foundation in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a planning, operations or analytics role.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous situations with incomplete data.
• Strong data skills: proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and capable of maintaining headcount and capacity models.
• Experience operating a recurring planning, reporting or demand intake process.
• Ability to translate analysis into a short, decision-ready narrative for leadership.
• Strong slide craft to present capacity pictures with clear recommendations.
• Understanding of recruiting lifecycle and capacity math (hires per recruiter per month, ramp, conversion).
• Experience influencing stakeholders who do not report to you.
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and prioritization with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Run the Divisional Plan: manage headcount planning and capacity model for your division.
• Model capacity against demand and produce a three-month roadmap.
• Run Demand Intake and justify prioritization of hiring needs.
• Drive prioritization with data-backed rationale.
• Own monthly hiring check-in and SLA burndown for your division.
• Collaborate with Planning & Analytics for division analytics and talent market insights.
• Surface signals early from programs, milestones and market dynamics.
• Arm your TA leader with a capacity story connected to business outcomes.
