Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a planning partner for Talent Acquisition to own divisional headcount planning, demand signaling, and capacity forecasting. You will work closely with division leaders, manage the demand intake, and produce a data-driven roadmap that informs enterprise planning.

You will drive SLA adherence, partner with analytics, and surface actionable recommendations to optimize staffing aligned with program milestones and contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, planning or analytics.
• Ability to build structure in genuinely ambiguous situations.
• Strong data skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and headcount models.
• Experience operating a recurring planning, reporting or demand intake process.
• Ability to translate analysis into a concise narrative for leadership.
• Strong slide craft to present capacity with recommendations.
• Understanding of recruiting lifecycle and capacity math.

Responsibilities

• Run divisional demand, capacity and planning for your division.
• Model capacity against demand and produce a three-month roadmap.
• Manage demand intake and prioritize hiring needs.
• Drive prioritization with data-backed rationale.
• Own monthly hiring check-in and SLA burndown for your division.
• Collaborate with Planning & Analytics on analytics and market insights.
• Surface signals early to inform leadership decisions.
• Provide divisional TA leader with a capacity story connected to business outcomes.
