Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand & Supply Planning to lead and elevate the planning function across multiple business lines. You will drive S&OP, build a high-performing team, and partner with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Finance to align signals on what to buy or build.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strategic impact. Costa Mesa, CA onsite with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e. manufacturing, engineering, analytics, CS) or business field (i.e. finance, economics, SCM, business admin).
• 8+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
• 5+ years of experience managing direct teams.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute divisional supply and demand strategy across multiple business lines.
• Build, scale, and mentor a planning organization across business units; calibrate talent with Central Planning.
• Own and mature the divisional S&OP framework with Central Planning support.
• Deliver advanced scenario modeling, financial trade-offs, and risk-adjusted options for macro decisions.
• Set governance for divisional working capital; optimize inventory and reduce E&O.
• Champion supply chain resilience and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks.
• Direct standardized planning processes across divisions to enable scalable, agile operations.
• Define and govern divisional scorecards and drive accountability for core metrics.
• Synthesize operational health and risks for presentation to C-suite and the Board.
• Direct supply and demand integration for New Product Introductions and lifecycle management.
