Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a skilled TA planning partner to own divisional demand, capacity, and hiring roadmaps. You’ll deliver data-driven insights, manage demand intake, and align TA capacity with business milestones.

This role requires deep familiarity with recruiting analytics, tools, and stakeholder coordination across divisions. You will partner with enterprise planning, analytics, and TA leaders to ensure accurate capacity stories and timely hiring levels that support program goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, planning or analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous situations.
• Strong data skills and ability to maintain headcount/capacity models.
• Experience operating a recurring planning, reporting or demand intake process.
• Able to translate analysis into executive-ready narratives.
• Strong slide craft to present capacity and recommendations.
• Understanding of recruiting lifecycle and capacity math.
• Experience influencing stakeholders autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Run the Divisional Plan for headcount and capacity within a central methodology.
• Model capacity vs. demand and produce a rolling three-month roadmap.
• Own demand intake and prioritize hiring needs into a single source of truth.
• Drive prioritization with data-backed rationale (revenue impact, milestones).
• Manage monthly hiring check-ins and SLA burndown for your division.
• Partner with planning analytics and talent market analytics; use Juno Recruiter Allocation.
• Surface signals early from programs, contracts, and market dynamics.
• Provide divisional TA leadership with a capacity story tied to business outcomes.
