Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning Process to design, implement, and optimize global planning processes across divisions. You will lead scalable S&OP, S&OE, and Materials Planning initiatives to align engineering, manufacturing, finance, and deployments for timely, reliable delivery of defense systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct leadership experience in S&OP, S&OE, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 8+ years leading teams implementing complex planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• Expertise in Planning & Inventory Systems across an enterprise.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Develop & Optimize Supply Chain Planning Processes with scalable, standardized SOP/SOE.
• Drive cross‑functional integration with planning tools and analytics.
• Build and lead a high‑performing planning process team and mentor members.
