Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a Business Line or Strategic Program within one of our divisions. You will translate business objectives into hiring strategies, manage headcount and demand, and ensure the right talent lands on critical programs to hit milestones.

You will lead recruiters, coach performance, allocate capacity, and partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with revenue-driven needs.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive TA experience with autonomous leadership.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting in a complex technical environment.
• Strong business acumen linking hiring to program milestones and revenue.
