You will move between staffing, facilities, and leadership communications, collaborating with Finance, Talent Acquisition, Business Operations, and Analytics to deliver insights and scalable processes. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and proactive execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or a business analyst role.
• Experience translating operational problems into data problems and executing on them.
• High ownership, low ego, and strong outcome orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing infrastructure for QRS, including headcount planning and recruiting coordination.
• Manage QRS facilities footprint, space planning, and seating for growth.
• Produce weekly leadership updates and cross-divisional reporting for senior leadership.
• Lead end-to-end special projects with ambiguity and independent problem solving.
