Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate, Business & Revenue Operations to partner across the business to design scalable processes and drive operational excellence. You will own data hygiene that backs growth pipelines and generate analyses that directly impact the Business Line’s economics.

You will work with cross-functional teams, take ownership of workstreams, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Strong ownership and initiative in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the Business Line runs.
• Develop bespoke analyses and operating rhythms to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Partner directly with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations to manage dynamic changes to forecast.
• Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare concise, high-quality materials for leadership reviews.
