Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a strategic Global Operations professional to manage the US East Coast Product Lines, ensuring processes and systems support production. You will be the voice of the customer to HQ operations to ensure growth and reliability.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to improve how we buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly, while building dashboards and KPI-driven reports for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics.
• Insanely high execution bar from conception to tactical completion.
• Qualitative and quantitative analyses to influence operational decisions.
• Product sense and ability to shape business systems requirements with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US East Coast Product Lines health; speak for the customer to HQ operations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to improve buy/make/deploy processes.
• Manage the funnel of production system/process enhancement requests and coordinate implementations.
• Build dashboards and track operational metrics; develop KPIs for leadership reporting.
• Document workflows and SOPs; validate accuracy and effectiveness.
• Participate in strategic project prioritization across regions and functions.
• Coordinate data gathering and review materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Assess readiness of new regions for expansion and benchmark performance.
