Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a strategic operations professional to partner with the QRS leadership. The role spans staffing, facilities, executive reporting, and cross-functional programs to enable rapid growth. You will influence decisions by turning operational questions into data-driven analyses.

You will collaborate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Business Operations to ensure QRS has the infrastructure needed for aggressive expansion. A high ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or a business analyst role.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company or starting a venture is heavily considered.
• Strong ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute.
• High ownership, low ego, and outcome-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing infrastructure for QRS, including headcount planning and demand/supply forecasting.
• Manage QRS’s facilities footprint, space planning, and seating coordination across multiple locations.
• Produce weekly leadership updates and monthly operations content for cross-divisional reporting.
• Lead end-to-end operational projects from definition to implementation against ambiguous problems.
