Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a high-impact operations and strategy professional to join the QRS team in Costa Mesa, CA. This role partners with the Head of Operations and senior QRS leadership to align finance, talent acquisition, business operations, and analytics for aggressive growth targets.

You will own staffing infrastructure, facilities planning, and executive communications, translating complex problems into data-driven, scalable solutions with close collaboration across divisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or business analysis.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup is valued.
• Strong ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute.
• High ownership, low ego, outcome oriented.
• Self-driven, proactive with minimal supervision.
• Comfort communicating with large groups and senior leadership.
• Ability to build clear frameworks to structure problems.
• Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or SQL.
• US Person due to access to export controlled information

Responsibilities

• Own staffing infrastructure for QRS — headcount planning and recruiting coordination.
• Manage QRS’s facilities footprint across multiple facilities, space planning, and seating coordination.
• Produce weekly leadership updates and cross-divisional reporting.
• Own end-to-end operational projects from definition to implementation.
