Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of business operations and infrastructure to support growth and production needs.
• Serve as GM chief strategist to balance resources against growth targets and profitability.
• Translate growth signals into staffing, real estate, test ranges, and production planning.
• Govern business reviews, annual planning, onboarding, and cross-team information flow.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve org structure and hiring/execution standards.
• Lead special projects, process improvements, new functions, and M&A as needed.
