Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations Lead to join our Frontier Systems team in Washington DC or Costa Mesa, CA. You will design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools that support the business across functions.

Translate sales pipeline demand into short- and long-term planning; partner with Business Development, FP&A, and Operations; and deliver data-driven insights to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance or eligible.
• 5-6 years managing complex software programs or 5 years in aerospace/defense consulting.
• Strong technical background in systems engineering, software/hardware integration.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong financial and operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Corporate Operations and FP&A to develop strategic reporting and planning processes and goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on growth systems (e.g., Salesforce), championing data integrity and governance.
• Analyze top-line data to identify trends and enable data-driven decisions.
• Develop business cases for new investment opportunities to meet P&L targets.
• Translate sales pipeline demand into short- and long-term planning across Ops, People, Production, Real Estate, Corporate Tech, and Finance.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners, and government agencies, ensuring contractual alignment.
• Prepare program updates and performance briefs for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain status reports and track action items with leadership and external stakeholders.
