Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA seeks an Associate, Business & Revenue Operations to partner across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support growth. You will own the data hygiene that backs our growth pipeline and generate analyses that directly impact the Business Line’s economics.

This will require strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role.
• High ownership and low ego with strong outcome orientation.
• Excellent analytical skills with comfort working with imperfect data.
• Ability to switch between details and big-picture perspectives.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate planning, forecasting, and operational processes for the Business Line.
• Develop analyses and operating rhythms to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Partner with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations to manage forecast changes.
• Work with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare concise, high-quality materials for leadership reviews.
