Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations Lead to join our team in Washington DC or Costa Mesa, CA. You will design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools supporting all functions to enable revenue growth.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, initiative, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance or eligible to obtain one.
• 5–6 years managing complex technical software programs or 5 years consulting for aerospace/defense.
• Strong technical background in systems engineering, software development, and hardware/software integration.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and supporting tools.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations and FP&A to refine strategic reporting and planning processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on growth systems (e.g., Salesforce) and support forecast refinement.
• Analyze top-line data to identify trends and enable data-driven decisions across multiple functions.
• Develop business cases for new investment opportunities to meet P&L targets.
• Translate sales pipeline demand into short- and long-term planning across Operations, People, Production, Real Estate, Corporate Tech, and Finance.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners, and government agencies to ensure alignment with obligations.
• Prepare program updates and performance reports for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain status reports and track action items with leadership and stakeholders.
