Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategic Global Operations professional to optimize product line health across regions and align systems with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance.

You will build dashboards, track operational metrics, and develop KPIs to drive strategic decision making while documenting workflows and SOPs for broader teams. A strong focus on execution and collaborative culture is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to move projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to shape business systems requirements and partner with Corporate Technology on workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and people-centered problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage US East Coast Product Lines health and be the voice of the customer to HQ operation teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to improve how hardware is bought, made, and deployed.
• Oversee and prioritize production system enhancement requests and coordinate implementations with product teams.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and report data-driven insights to leadership.
