Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior operations leader for the Costa Mesa location to build and run staffing, facilities, and resource planning for the Maneuver Dominance Division. You will partner with leadership to drive growth targets and ensure program schedules stay on track.

You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Finance, and Analytics to optimize resourcing and demonstrate impact through data-driven decisions. A security clearance is being pursued.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in consulting, operations, finance, or business analysis
• Strong track record in executing business operations and driving outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication of business/program execution
• Strong fundamentals in operational accounting and finance
• Ability to translate operational problems into data-driven solutions
• High ownership with low ego and outcome orientation
• Fast learner who can work at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US security clearance

Responsibilities

• Partner with Division leadership to run staffing, facilities, and resource allocation as the organization scales
• Manage local business operations: monitor goals, financial plans, and headcount against targets
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Test & Evaluation to close operations gaps and keep program schedules on track
• Coordinate with Anduril UK on international trade and export compliance matters
• Monitor recruiting, staffing, and financial progress; advise leadership on resource planning
