Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Division Lean Manager II to lead strategy, prioritization, and execution of the Parker Lean System (PLS) across the division. The role heads Lean Practitioners and Specialists, driving continuous improvement and lean transformation while collaborating with multiple functions to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

The successful candidate will oversee a lean program, establish governance, and coach leaders across sites to standardize practices,

Qualifications

• 12+ years Lean leadership/CI leadership experience.
• Proven success leading multi-site or matrixed organizations with measurable improvements.
• 6+ years of managerial/leadership experience with P&L responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality, Industrial/Manufacturing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns, drives and ensures Parker Lean System (PLS) deployment across all sites in the division.
• Define and deploy the division’s Lean and Quality strategy with objectives and targets.
• Build and manage the improvement portfolio and governance cadence to ensure benefits realization.
• Standardize and scale best practices across sites and ensure alignment with quality systems.
• Coach site leaders on daily management, problem solving, and tiered accountability.
