Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Division Lean Manager I in the Irvine, CA area. The role leads Parker Lean System deployment across the division, coaching a team of practitioners and ensuring sustained improvements aligned with business goals.

You will drive process simplification, coach leaders, manage dashboards, and collaborate with division staff to meet cost and quality targets. Travel across divisions is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering required; 10+ years lean experience with leadership.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• Deep expertise in Lean enterprise systems and problem solving.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel across divisions ~75%.

Responsibilities

• Owns, drives and deploys Parker Lean System (PLS) across the division sites.
• Define and deploy lean strategy, set annual plans and targets.
• Build and manage improvement portfolios; ensure benefits realization.
• Standardize and scale best practices; ensure site-level quality systems.
• Coach site leaders on daily management, 10-step problem solving, and tiered accountability.
• Collaborate with division staff functions to align improvements with roadmaps.
