Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Division Lean Manager II to lead the Parker Lean System across the division, guiding a team of lean practitioners and driving sustainable transformation that improves customer satisfaction and performance.

The role collaborates with operations, engineering, supply chain, finance and HR to develop strategic plans, deploy lean capabilities, and ensure results across multiple sites. Willingness to travel 75% of the time is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Lean/Continuous Improvement leadership experience.
• 6+ years of managerial/leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns deployment of Parker Lean System (PLS) across all sites in the division; defines annual plans and targets.
• Leads lean transformation, problem solving, daily management, and capability building across sites.
• Collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sourcing, EH&S, Finance and HR to align improvements with roadmaps.
• Develops talent, succession planning and certification pathways; coaches leaders to sustain results.
• Establishes dashboards, monitors project impact, and drives cost leadership across the division.
