Parker Hannifin in Kentucky seeks a Division Lean Manager II to own the Parker Lean System across the division. You will lead a team of Lean Practitioners and Specialists, driving lean transformation and continuous improvement in collaboration with the Division GM.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to align improvements with business goals, coach leaders, set performance targets, and ensure cost leadership while preparing for audits.

Competenze

• 12+ years of Lean leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site or matrixed organizations with measurable improvements.
• 6+ years of managerial/leadership experience with Profit and Loss statements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality, Industrial/Manufacturing, or related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Engineering/Operations) preferred.

Mansioni

• Own the deployment of Parker Lean System (PLS) across all sites in the division.
• Define and deploy the division's Lean strategy and annual plans; set priorities and targets.
• Build and manage the improvement portfolio and governance cadence to realize benefits.
• Coach site leaders on daily management, problem‑solving, and accountability.
• Travel across divisions up to 75% and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
