Job summary

Parker Hannifin NVH division seeks an experienced Lean Leader to advance adoption, implementation, and operationalization of the Parker Lean System (PLS) across the division and sites. You will educate, align, and sustain PLS initiatives using PDCA and scorecards, driving measurable improvements and standardization.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline; MS/MBA preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
Knowledge of manufacturing tech, productivity measurements, and planning systems.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Guide PLS initiatives division-wide and support Lean deployment.
Ensure PDCA culture and standardization across sites and value streams.
Provide high-level recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
Lead automation initiatives with Lean deployment and optimize processes prior to automation.
Develop Lean Leaders and high-performance teams across sites.
