Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Manager to drive the Parker Lean System (PLS) implementation across the division, plants, and support functions. The role focuses on eliminating waste, training associates, and coordinating with the division Lean Manager to ensure sustainable Lean practices.

Qualifications include a four-year technical degree and 10+ Kaizen events, with strong leadership, communication, and financial insight to improve productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• BSME or related four-year technical degree.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
• Experience leading Kaizen events (10+).

Responsibilities

• Lead lean implementation using Parker Lean Systems as the primary tool.
• Develop a robust Lean Future State Strategy division-wide.
• Standardize manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivity.
• Lead PFMEA activities to mitigate manufacturing failures.
• Support Plant Lean Leaders and Manufacturing Engineers across sites.
• Communicate status and document Lean results to leadership.
