• 5+ years of progressive lean experience.
• Experience working internationally is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parker Lean System (PLS) deployment, ownership and governance across the site or multisite.
• Coordinate large kaizen events, manage baseline data, track actions and ensure sustainment.
• Coach teams to apply problem-solving tools (5-Why, PDCA, DMAIC) and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to implement processes across value streams.
• Provide training and coaching on PLS basics and advanced topics for operators and team leaders.
