Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Irvine, CA is seeking a Division Lean Manager I to lead the Parker Lean System across the SSO division, driving lean transformations and customer-focused improvements. This role reports to the Division GM and oversees Lean Practitioners to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

You will define the division's lean strategy, build and manage a portfolio of improvements, and standardize practices across sites while mentoring leaders and ensuring quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required with 10+ years of Lean experience.
• 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MS).
• Lean enterprise systems expertise and analytics capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership; travel ~75%.

Responsibilities

• Owns, drives and ensures Parker Lean System deployment across all sites in the division.
• Define and deploy the division's Lean strategy aligned to objectives and customer requirements.
• Build and manage the improvement portfolio with accountability and benefits realization.
• Standardize and scale best practices; ensure site-level Lean processes and quality systems.
• Coach CI and quality professionals; lead multi-site Lean transformation and leadership.
• Collaborate with Division staff functions to align improvements with roadmaps.
• Communicate status, risk and mitigation to GM and Division staff; ensure audits readiness.
