Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a senior Lean leader to drive adoption and operationalization of the Parker Lean System (PLS) across the division. You will ensure education and implementation at all sites, measure progress with scorecards, and provide leadership for continuous improvement.

The role requires deep experience in Lean, operations leadership, and manufacturing engineering, with strong coaching skills and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of professional accomplishments in Lean, operations leadership or manufacturing engineering leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead adoption and operationalization of Parker Lean System (PLS) division-wide.
  • Guide Lean implementation in division and sites; support Kaizen and team meetings.
  • Develop and coordinate division-wide standardization of manufacturing processes.
  • Drive productivity, quality, and customer service goals with Lean methods.
  • Oversee automation initiatives with Lean principles preceding automation.
  • Educate Plant/Site Lean Leaders and High-Performance Teams across sites.
  • Lead annual cost-improvement initiatives and set division-wide goals.
