Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to support multiple bakeries, lead teams, and prepare for a General Manager role. Expect early bakery shifts and hands-on coaching to ensure quality food and guest experience.

You will learn restaurant administration duties, inventory, vendor management, and scheduling while developing leadership skills and brand standards. This role offers growth within Bagel Brands and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am).
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if a valid certification is not already possessed.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
• Gain independence through market travel and learn from other leaders to prepare for General Manager responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, and restaurant administration.
