Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader who will progress toward a General Manager role. You will manage a bakery during early hours, train teams, and support other locations while advancing through a structured GM development program.

The role emphasizes coaching, brand leadership, and accountability for food quality, safety, and store standards, with opportunities to move into a bakery GM position as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a management role.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by GM development end date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district operations, lead by example, and coach bakery teams.
• Support other locations in the market as needed, including early bake duties starting around 3am.
• Participate in GM development plan with responsibilities such as inventory, scheduling, and recruiting.
