Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to grow into a General Manager role. You will manage at a home location and support other bakeries, lead by example, coach teams, and handle early morning shifts starting at 3am.

The development plan includes training in administration, inventory, and scheduling to prepare you for a future GM position. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years of leadership experience; background check and valid license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by the end of the GM development plan.

Responsabilités

• Perform management duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, be a brand ambassador, and provide ongoing coaching and training for the teams.
• Early shifts begin as early as 3am; manage inventory, scheduling, and staff coverage as business dictates.
• Grow into a GM role through the development plan and assume ownership when available.
