Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market. You will lead by example, coach teams, and act as brand ambassador to ensure high-quality food and service.

You will participate in a General Manager development plan with opportunities for promotion within the market, and you may travel to assist other locations as needed. Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, be a brand ambassador, and provide coaching and training for teams.
• GM development plan includes inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management; learn skills to prepare for GM promotion.
• Travel within the market to support other bakeries as needed.
