Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader who will advance toward General Manager ownership within the market. You will oversee daily bakery operations, lead teams across locations, and support early-morning shifts starting as early as 3am.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and participating in a GM development plan with exposure to P&L, food cost, and labor targets. Strong leadership and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-level operations at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide coaching and training to store teams and ensure high-quality products and service.
• Assist in GM development plan activities including inventory tracking, cash management, and scheduling.
