Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to manage daily bakery operations at a home store and lend support to nearby locations in the market.

You will lead teams, train staff, and ensure top-quality food and service while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. The role includes moving toward a General Manager position through a structured development plan, with early dawn shifts and travel between sites to gain broader experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus and may be required by end GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
• Learn and execute GM development plan including inventory, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Shift start times can begin as early as 3am to support bakery operations.
