Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a General Manager development plan and be next in line for a bakery GM role. You’ll lead shifts starting as early as 3am, coach teams, and support multiple locations within the market.

You will gain experience in store operations, inventory, scheduling, and recruiting while working toward a permanent GM promotion when available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to other locations within the market as needed.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example as a brand ambassador and provide coaching and training.
• Assist in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Learn skills to become General Manager, including P&L analysis and scheduling.
