Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader with a path to General Manager to grow with the brand. You will manage shifts starting as early as 3am, lead by example, and coach store teams while preparing for a future GM role.

Expect responsibilities across inventory, scheduling, and daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with opportunities to advance within the market and fellow

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams.
• Assist GM development plan and progress toward GM promotion.
• Manage inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash handling.
