You will lead a bakery, coach teams, and rotate to support other locations in the market. Shifts start early, with the opportunity to grow into a General Manager role as positions open.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-level operations at a home bakery and support other bakeries as needed.
• Coach and train store teams to ensure high-quality food and guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and cash management training during GM development.
