Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to support store operations and prepare for a General Manager role. You'll rotate across locations, lead teams, and deliver high-quality service as you learn inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling.

Expect early starts around 3am for baking and opening duties, with coaching for staff and adherence to food safety standards. This role offers growth within the market and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Lead by example, coach, and train teams to ensure quality food and safety.
• Learn and execute restaurant admin tasks such as inventory tracking, orders, and cash management.
• Prepare for permanent GM promotion when available within the market.
