Bruegger’s Bagels is hiring a District Shift Leader in Lexington, MA. You will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market, with shifts starting as early as 3am to prepare for bakery openings.

This role is a stepping stone to a General Manager position within the market, following a structured GM development plan. Candidates should have 2+ years of leadership experience and a high school diploma, with ServSafe certification completed by plan end.

Formación

• Two years of leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, ensure high-quality food and beverage, and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Participate in GM development plan and prepare for general manager role.
