Bruegger’s Bagels seeks a Shift Leader in Lexington, MA to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open/close the store with supervision, ensure food quality and safety, and grow within a leadership path alongside the General Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, eligibility for 18+, ServSafe certification, and flexibility for varied hours including early mornings. local regulations apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings.
• Must be able to pass background check where applicable.
• ServSafe Certification required before leadership training completion.
• Driver's license preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and coach for a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food quality and a safe, clean environment.
• Grow into a leadership path; many shift leaders advance to management.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on morale and tone.
