Bruegger's Bagels in Lexington, MA is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a General Manager development plan and be next in line to own a bakery when a GM position opens. You will lead daily operations at your home location and support other stores in the market.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years of leadership experience, ability to work varied hours (including early mornings), pass a background check, and obtain Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• They are expected to accept a permanent General Manager promotion within the market when available.
