Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Auburndale, MA is seeking a District Shift Leader to join the GM development path. You will manage a bakery's daily operations and support other locations in the market, with shifts starting as early as 3am to open the store and set the day up for success.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean environment while learning tasks like inventory, scheduling, and cash handling as you move toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Complete ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations at the home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for team members.
• Open the store with early shifts and ensure quality food and a clean, safe environment.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash-management during the GM development plan.
