Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a District Shift Leader in Belmont, MA to participate in a General Manager development plan and advance to a bakery GM when available. The role involves managing daily store operations, coaching teams, and ensuring food quality while supporting other locations in the market as needed.

Shifts start early (as early as 3am) with a focus on training, inventory control, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high quality food and beverage service.
• Work early hours (as early as 3am) and travel to other locations within the market as required.
• Develop into a General Manager through the district GM development plan.
