Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader with a clear path to General Manager. You’ll manage day-to-day at a home location, train teams, and step in at other bakeries as needed. Expect early starts around 3am and ongoing coaching to ensure high-quality food and service.

The role includes leadership development, inventory and cash-management training, and the chance to advance to a GM position when available. Must be at least 18 years old and ready to commit to the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and coach teams across shifts.
• Support other bakery locations in the market as needed.
• Assist in achieving food cost and labor targets.
