Bruegger’s Bagels in Williamsville, NY is seeking a District Shift Leader to develop into a General Manager. You will manage shifts and support other bakeries within the market, fostering leadership and operational excellence.

Shifts start as early as 3am to oversee baking and opening duties, with ongoing coaching of teams to ensure quality, safety and guest satisfaction. A clear GM path exists within the market.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if a valid certification is not already in possession.

Aufgaben

• Lead bakery shifts at a home location and support other locations in the market as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams.
• Maintain high-quality food and beverage, and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Learn to perform P&L analysis and work toward food cost and labor targets as you progress toward GM.
