Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already possessed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations at the home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide coaching and training to team members during each shift.
