Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader who will operate as a stepping stone to a General Manager role. You will manage bakery teams, coach staff, and gain exposure to P&L, food costs, scheduling, and recruiting within the market.

Shifts begin as early as 3am; you’ll rotate through roles to ensure quality product and a clean, safe store. Experience in leadership and a ServSafe mindset is essential for progression.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience, preferably 2+ years
• Willingness to relocate or cover market locations as needed
• ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan (if not already held)
• Ability to pass background check and have a valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Lead bakery teams during shifts and model brand standards
• Support multiple locations within the market; travel as needed
• Participate in GM development plan and prepare for permanent GM promotion
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling during shifts
• Recruit and train team members, ensuring food safety and quality
