Bruegger's Bagels in Belmont, MA is seeking a District Shift Leader who will progress toward General Manager. You will manage operations at the home location and support other bakeries in the market, with early shifts starting around 3am to open the store and ensure high-quality food and service.

You will coach teams, learn inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling as part of the GM development plan. Strong leadership and a valid driver’s license are required; ServSafe certification may be

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (start as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program to be completed by end of GM development plan if not already possessed.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsabilidades

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example as a brand ambassador and provide ongoing coaching and training for teams.
• In the GM development plan, learn restaurant administration duties including inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
